If the mods of /r/apple don’t want to mod then maybe they should let people who actually want to
Notice anything funny? No posts for 8 hours. Before that, 11 hours. Why? Because nothing is getting approved. It’s pretty disheartening being a member of this sub for many years (yes I posted on an alt to not get banned) trying to make contributions, only to have well written, thoughtful posts get completely ignored. Meanwhile, someone’s rants gets approved that hardly contributes anything. WHERE IS THE CONSISTENCY? If you’re gong to require that every text posts must be approved, you should be going through and approving them regularly rather than on random whims. It’s supposed to be self promotion Sunday and where are the self promotion posts? Either no one wants to promote anything anymore, or they’re not getting approved. If you’re over being a mod, step aside and let other people do it who actually want participation in this sub. Or let the voting system do its job instead.
